Deed Restrictions

Please note, Veterans Villas II is a deed restricted community. Any modifications, repairs, or changes to a Villa exterior will require prior approval from the Association.

Home numbers must be put on Villas - per Pasco County Law - and visible from the road.

Board of Directors Meetings are held on the fourth (4) Wednesday of every month.

There will not be any Board Meeting in Nov. or Dec. for the holidays.

Annual Meeting: May 7, 2025 @ 6:00 P.M.
